Pre-Order Policy
Payment for pre-orders will be collected at the time of purchase. If you decide to cancel your order before it ships, you can contact our Customer Service team to do so. Please be aware that if your order includes both pre-order items and items that are currently available, your order will be shipped in its entirety once the pre-order item(s) become available. We do not have the capability to split orders and send available items separately. If you'd like to buy pre-order items and currently available items together, we suggest placing separate orders for each.
